PE this term is focussing on ball skills. It is important to practise footwork and ball skills together so that it can be applied to games. We would like you to practise footwork using the first video and practise throwing accuracy using the second video. If you don't have a ball for target practise, you could use a soft toy, or you could scrunch some paper into a ball shape to use. Have fun!
