This week in school we are practising blending and segmenting CVC words.

Use your child's purple book to practise their grapheme recognition.

Use the packet of grapheme cards we sent home to make three letter words for them to blend to read. You can also ask them to segment (sound out) three letter words and find the correct graphemes to spell them.
