Fun with Maths

In our after school club: Fun with Numbers, we play games and complete activities exploring the wonderful world of Maths and numbers!

 

We have loved looking at numbers this week. We discussed place value and tried to create the bigger number in pairs. We then used our understanding of place value to play Top Trumps - there were some very big numbers!

This week, we created a number poster writing as many ways as we could make our number. We then shared our clues to see if the group could guess our magic number!

We have used games to develop our Maths skills. We played Mathopoly, Snakes and Ladders and other games. It can get very competitive!
