Creative Development –
Draw a Christmas tree and draw on baubles and tinsel to show how you would decorate it. Think about:
What shapes are the baubles? How do you draw the lines of tinsel? What colours will you use for the lights?
Make your own Nativity Scene using junk modelling from around your home.
Make your own Christmas cards.
Remember we are still spending a large part of our day in Reception playing in the areas of the classroom. Do not expect your child to be able to spend large amounts of time siting at a table 'working' as the vast majority of our work is practical and play based.
