Year 3 - Japan

Hi everyone,

I am Mrs Hetherington and I am the class teacher of Japan class this year.

During Year 3 we will be learning about Japan as our mini topic. We will then move on to learning about the Stone Age through to the Iron Age, followed by Our Country, Our Home and finishing with the Egyptians. Year 3 sounds like lots of fun to me, I hope you agree!

Stone Age Experience Day!

On Monday morning we were introduced to the story 'Twenty-One elephants' in assembly. We learnt about how the Brooklyn Bridge, in America, was built and how people were nervous about it holding weight. So, 21 elephants were led across it!
