Bengal Tigers

In the Spring Term, we worked hard to learn about the history of our local area. We studied Darlington in the past and visited Beamish Museum to give us a first hand experience of what life might have been like for both school children and people in general. We loved the day out, especially visiting the bakery and riding on a tram.

Also in the Spring term, we dressed up for both World Book Day - as our heroes - and with mad hair for Comic Relief Day. During both days, we took part in fun activities, like creating comic books and our own super heroes, and we had a lot of fun!

We have enjoyed our History work this term. We even had a visit from a Stone Age lady who brought lots of different artefacts for us to look at. She also told us some amazing stories!
