Trains!
This week we are finding out more about where we live - Darlington. We are finding out about why Darlington is very famous for trains.

Then watch the video all about steam trains.
Has your child been on a train, talk about what it was like. If they haven't - where would they like to go on a train? What do they think it would be like?
You could get your child to draw a train picture or make a train using junk materials you have at home or construction toys such as building blocks or lego.
